Or are they just about the same? Or is the height/weight scale thing at the doctors office accurate?

i trust the electric ones more, sometimes the other ones tend to get out of wack. the one at the doctors office is pretty acurate too
I think the nonelectrice ones are less accurate. There is human error when using them and they always seem to get all fouled up. Digital scales are easy to use and have no human error. Wrestlers use digital scales for weigh-ins. I do think the doctor’s office scales are correct though because they check them for any problems, so your digital scale should be about the same.
Unless you are overweight and trying to motivate yourself using a weight, don’t worry about your weight. Just look at the mirror and are you happy or not about the way you look. Either way, you should still eat healthy and exercise.
the un eletric one is best it has a visual scale you can see the eletric one is un accurate cause it goes off of how much pressure you put on it. my mom has had this problem and a diet person said teh un eletric is best
A nonelectric scale will be more accurate only if the you yourself are accurate with your readings. Otherwise it’s a tie/electric.
an electronic one
i think they are equally unaccurate
